Please be sure to read the warranty card content and fill in the details of the items in the column before using our company's products to ensure that your company can receive comprehensive after-sales service.

From the date of purchase by your company, you can enjoy a one-year warranty from our company (with the purchase invoice as the warranty confirmation).

During the warranty period, our company is responsible for free repairs (consumables are not included in the free scope). Outside the warranty period, our company will charge corresponding repair fees.

This machine provides a one-year warranty service from the date of delivery, but the following items are not covered by the warranty:

1. Mechanical damage caused by the failure to use stabilizers in areas with unstable voltage.

2. Damage caused by using a power supply that is not properly grounded.

3. Damage caused by unauthorized modification of this machine without the consent of our company.

4. Damage caused by self repair without the guidance of our technical personnel.

5. Damage caused by natural disasters or uncontrollable factors.

6. Electrical appliances and consumable parts are not covered by the warranty.
